Grease casserole dish.
Put a thin layer of cooked rice in bottom of casserole.
Chop stewed tomatoes and cover rice in a thin layer.
Add salt & pepper.
Add small pieces of cheese & butter on top.
Repeat layers until casserole is filled.
When full, add as much milk as quantity of rice used.
Put in a 350F
oven for about 40 min.
