In med. sauce pan, bring 2/3 c light corn syrup and 1/4 c packed brown sugar to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and add 1 c peanut butter and 1/4 tsp vanilla, mixing well.
Stir in 4 c crisp rice cereal.
Press into an ungreased 9x13" pan and chill about 1 hour.
Cut into squares.
