August 13 at 7:08am ·a couple of weeks ago, Joe and I poured out 30 bottles/ jars of beautiful, brand new, raw, white honey. (it looks golden but actually grades as "white") Now, we're down to our last four bottles. The compliments we've received are so wonderful and encouraging. The demand, I am still so very surprised by! Yes, I do know that there's a shortage of raw honey, but it still simply amazes me! I can tell that this is going to bee a fun journey, Joseph and Wesley Kovacs!
I still need to boil some wax for a "food grade" wax order that we have. It's food grade, now, but even more pure if it's boiled
JS: Just had your honey on toast again this morning. It is so good! Me: on toast seems to be everyone's favourite! Glad you like it! KH: oooh. That sounds so good! PT: Ok...ummmmm ...what's wrong with 'white' honey that you'd have to 'pour it out'...eeeeek Me: from a juice pitcher, that we filtered it into, into the jars. LOL White honey is the mildest, newest, finest honey - there will never be anything wrong with it unless something contaminates it. PT:Phew....it's the way you said poured out LoL Me: sorry! with food prep background, I'm used to "portioning out"
