Cherry Cheese Cake
2 Packages of cream cheese
1 large container of Nutri Whip
0 - 1 cup of white sugar as desired
Soften the cream cheese, whip the nutri whip till it forms a thick consistency then add sugar to cream cheese till blended well then add cream cheese mixture to nutri whip and set aside until crust is finished.
Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups of graham crackers
0 - 1/2 cup of white sugar (the crust stays together better with the sugar, but if you don't mind crumbly crust and are counting calories, leave out the sugar)
1/4 cup margerine
Combine the crumbs and sugar then melt margarine and mix with the crumbs and sugar. Press into a large cake pan. Press down firmly then add the cream cheese filling and top with the canned pie filler of your choice. My family like blueberries or cherries the best.
Keep in refrigerator.
